Returns & Exchanges

At little funky monkey we appreciate that although the standard of our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email, phone or fax to arrange an exchange.

You may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a store credit (less shipping costs*). Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only.

All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

*Please note if you are returning an item for a change of mind and your inital order was over the freight free amount, a freight charge will be deducted off your refund.
